Sync into this.

Queue, the simple, personal CRM for Mac and iPhone, gets iMessage, FaceTime, and Phone call syncing. It’s automatic, intelligent, and private with on-device processing and smart conversation summaries.

I’m famously terrible at keeping in touch with the people I care about. That’s why I make Queue. It prompts me to text my old office-mate “Congrats!” when they get promoted to Team Lead, call my friend across the country on the anniversary of his father’s passing, and FaceTime my 6-year old niece so she doesn’t forget who I am.

When it’s time to reach out, Queue gives me a quick reminder of what we talked about last time. A refresher on the crazy new tech CEO who took over at my friend’s company, and what my niece’s favorite color was last month. Important stuff I’m gonna want to ask about when we catch up.

But it’s always been on me to keep Queue up to date. I’ve got to remember to log the catch up manually after a text, call, or FaceTime. Given that we’ve already established I’m not good at remembering things, this has often meant my queue is woefully out of date.

No longer. Queue now automatically syncs iMessage conversations, Phone calls, and FaceTime chats. It all happens automatically, intelligently, and privately on my Mac.

A Queue birthday reminder for Kousha, the iMessage exchange it prompted, and the conversation summary Queue synced from it

Automatic

When Queue reminds me about my college roommate’s birthday and I text “Happy birthday man! How’ve you been?” that gets synced instantly and automatically.

Intelligent

When they respond with “Hey! It’s so great to hear from you. Things have been crazy — I started a new job and we’re having our first kiddo next month”, Queue bundles the messages up into a conversation, marks my roommate as caught up, and generates a nice little summary for next time.

Private

All of this is done completely locally on-device, and the summaries are stored privately in iCloud — not Queue’s database. No message content goes to Queue’s servers, ever.

Here’s to being more thoughtful, less forgetful, and fully human. Just like me!
